Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Vegetables

3 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 1/4 cup cauliflower
1 carrot
8 ear,+small+5-1/2"+to+6-1/2"+long baby corn
1 1/2 cup pineapple
2 red chili pepper
2 tomato
1 cup snow peas
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Sour Vegetables

  1. In a wok or frying pan:

  2. Fry garlic in oil until starts to brown

  3. Add onion and stir-fry

  4. Add cauliflower, carrot, cucumber, baby corn and pineapple

  5. Stir-fry for 2 minutes

  6. Add chilies, tomato and peas

  7. Stir-fry for 1 minute

  8. Add water and stir-fry briefly

  9. Add sauce ingredients and stir to combine

  10. Serve immediately
