Vegetable tart on goat cheese base

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and sour tart

185 grams Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
25 grams Egg, White
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Curry Powder
125 grams Goat, Soft Type Cheese
323 grams Zucchini
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 small Aubergine
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 cloves, raw Garlic
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 1/2 tbsp Honey Squeezable

Recipe Directions for Sweet and sour tart

  1. To make the base: add flour+paprika+curry+salt+goat cheese. Mix well until "sandy". Spread and put in tart dish. Leave in fridge until used.

  2. To prepare the vegetables: Clean and cut all veggies in cubes, put in an oven dish, add 2-4 tspn of oilve oil, mix and bake in the oven for 35min at 180degC. Mix from time to time.

  3. Bake the base 10min at 180degC.

  4. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl, add the vinegar + honey, mix well, and add on top of the base. On the top, spread the pine nuts.

  5. Cook base+veggies for another 15min

  6. Serve hot or cold

  7. For less calories, add less honey, less olive oil and use a low fat goat cheese. The egg can be replaced by water for the moist.
