Sweet and Sour Cole Slaw with a kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet-Sour Slaw

518 g green cabbage
90 g carrot
121 g onion
95 g bell pepper
15 g white sugar
28 g brown sugar
3 g mustard powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp celery seed
26 g canola oil
1/4 c distilled white vinegar
45 g Hatch Chiles

Recipe Directions for Sweet-Sour Slaw

  1. Cut or shred vegis to desired consistancy.

  2. Mix sugars, spices, oil and vinegar and whisk till smooth.

  3. Pour dressing over vegis, stir till coated and refirgerate an hour to extract flavor.
