Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Shrimp

20 oz Pineapple
3 cup Water
1 cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Sugars, Brown
3 tbsp Cornstarch
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 lb Shrimp, Mixed Species
8 oz Water Chestnuts
1 Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Sour Shrimp

  1. In a large skillet, combine pineallpe, water, lemon juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, and singer.

  2. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened.

  3. Add shrimp; cook until pink. Add remaining ingredients except rice; heat through.

  4. Serve over rice, refrigerate leftovers.
