I used cod for this recipe but any white fish will do.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Potatoes and Curry Fish

240 grams Wild Alaska Cod Pieces
250 grams Potatoes, Boiled
75 grams Mixed Pepper Strips
22 grams Sweet and Sour Sauce Packets
2 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
175 grams Spinach
1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Sour Potatoes and Curry Fish

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into small squares.

  2. Cook potatoes for 5-7 minutes. Drain and put in a zip-lock bag with sweet'n'sour sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and dill weed. Shake bag and put aside.

  3. Heat a deep skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Put in the fish and potatoes and fry for a moment. Season with curry and some salt.

  4. Lower the heat and pour in milk and water and stir everything well together.

  5. Finally add the spinach and cover with a lid and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir every once in a while.

  6. Serve with rice and/or quinoa.
