Makes 4 servings



Served over white or brown rice. Recipe calls for 3/4 cup of sugar. I think it taste better with only 1/2 cup. You can use 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup splenda. I've doubled the recipe for the extra sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Pork

2 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 oz Wine
3 tbsp Tomato Catsup
3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, Organic
2 tbsp Corn Starch
16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Whole
1 small Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Sour Pork

Cube pork and brown in oil, seasom pork with ginger, salt and pepper.. Put Sugar, soy sauce, wine, wine vinegar, and catsup in a bowl, and stir. pour into pork. Cook for 10 min. Mix corn starch with 1/2 cup of water and mix into pork mixture until thickened.
