Sweet & Sour pork with green peppers, onions, and pineapple.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet & Sour Pork

2 pounds Pork
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Vinegar, Apple Cider
2/3 cup Brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup pineapple juice
4 tbsp cornstarch
2/3 cup water
1 green pepper
1 cup onions, yellow
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 cups rice, white

Recipe Directions for Sweet & Sour Pork

  1. Brown meat.

  2. Add 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, and 1 cup pineapple juice. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until tender.

  3. Blend cornstarch with 2/3 cup water and stir into meat and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.

  4. Add green pepper, onion, and pineapple. Cook 2 minutes.

  5. Cook the white rice and serve meat on top!
