Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Pork

1 lb. Pork tenderloin, cut in pieces
1 tbs. peanut oil
15 ozs. pineapple chunks
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 red pepper, cut in strips
1 onion
2 carrots
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. cornstarch
1 tbs garlic
1 tbs ginger
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs catsup
1 tsp cayenne

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Sour Pork

Saute pork in oil. Remove. Saute veggies. Add mixture of pineapple juice, brown sugar, catsup, cayanne, soysauce and bring to boil. Add pineapple. Add cornstarch (mixed with a small amount of cold water). Add pork. Simmer until heated through.
