Betty Crocker Recipe (tweaked a little) for sweet and sour pork

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet & Sour Pork

12 oz raw Pork Stew Meat
1 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Chicken Broth Or Bouillon
1 large Egg, Whole
3 medium Carrots
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
8 tbsp Corn Starch
62 1/2 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tbsp Oil, Sesame
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
8 oz Pineapple Chunks in Its Own Juice
1 tbsp Cottonseed, Salad Or Cooking Oil

Recipe Directions for Sweet & Sour Pork

cut up the pork stew meat into 1/2" pieces marinate in half of the sesame oil, soy sauce and 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar set aside in the refrigerator covered then combine corn starch, flour, chicken broth, 1 beaten egg and the remaining sesame oil. take the pork pat dry then dip into the batter mixture and cook in the heated oil for about 5 mins. until all of the pork is cooked, set aside. cut up carrots, onion, add to the pan that had the pork in it add pineapple chunks, after 5 mins. when the veggies are tender-crisp. Add the pork and serve over rice. Enjoy :)
