Recipe Ingredients for Sweet & Sour Pork Chops

3 tbsp orange marmalade
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup water
16 ounce pork chops
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Recipe Directions for Sweet & Sour Pork Chops

  1. In a small bowl, combine marmalade, soy sauce, mustard, and pepper flakes. Stir in water until well blended. Set aside.

  2. Season pork chops with black pepper. In a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chops, cook until lightly browned, turning once, about 2 minutes per side.

  3. Spoon marmalade mixture over the chops; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in green onion. Place on serving plates and garnish with orange slices, if desired. Serve with pan juices.
