Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and salt. Stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over angel hair sliced cabbage. Make 4 hours ahead of time, refrigerate and stir.

2.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 serving Apple Cider Vinegar
1 dash Salt, Table
