1 Tbsp oil 1 lb chicken breast, sliced 1 1/2 C bell pepper (yellow) 1/3 C Sweet & Sour Sauce 1/4 C Balsamic Vinaigrette 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 2 C frozen Broccoli, thawed 1 1/2 C rice (cooked)

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

1 tbsp Olive Oil
16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
5.3 tbsp Sweet
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 serving All Purpose Soy Sauce
2 cup Frozen Broccoli
4 serving Prime Grade Long Grain Fragrant Jasmine Rice
2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers; cook 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add sweet & sour sauce, dressing, soy sauce, broccoli and zucchini; mix well. Cook 2 minutes or util heated through, stirring occasionally.

  3. Serve over hot rice
