2 Tbsp. oil 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced 2 medium yellow bell peppers, strips 2/3 cup Kraft sweet n sour sauce 1/2 cup Kraft balsamic vinaigrette dressing 4 Tbsp. soy sauce 4 Cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed 2 small zucchini 2 oz snow peas 1/4 c mushrooms 3 Cups Jasmine Rice

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
5 oz Sweet 'n Sour Sauce
4 oz Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 oz Regular Soy Sauce
4 cup Broccoli, frozen, unprepared
12 serving Prime Grade Long Grain Fragrant Jasmine Rice

Recipe Directions for Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers: cook 8 min. or until chicken is cooked throught, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add swee n sour sauce, dressing, soy sauce and broccoli, zucchini, peas and mushrooms; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

  3. Serve over hot rice
