1 Tbsp Oil 1 Lb Boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced 2 bell peppers (any color) 1/3 C Sweet N Sour Sauce 1/4 C Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 2 TBSP Soy Sauce 2 C Frozen Broccoli Florets 1 1/2 C Jasmine Rice

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

3 serving Prime Grade Long Grain Fragrant Jasmine Rice
1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
2.5 serving Sweet 'n Sour Sauce
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 serving Regular Soy Sauce
2 cups Broccoli Florets

Recipe Directions for Sweet & Sour Chicken Stir-Fry

Cook rice in rice cooker. Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken and peppers, cook 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add sweet N sour sauce, dressing, soy sauce and broccoli, mix well. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice.
