Sweet and sour pineapple chicken and vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil
510 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
19 oz pineapple chunks in juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Sour Chicken

  1. Cook chicken breats, and remove from pan.

  2. Add chopped onion and pepper, and stir fry in pan.

  3. Remove after stir frying 1-2 minutes.

  4. Mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger.

  5. Add to pan and cook until thickened.

  6. Add chicken, veggies, and pineapple, and heat.
