Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Chicken (w/out sauce)

1 cup broccoli
3 bell peppers
10 oz. chicken, cubed
1/2 cup canned pineapple
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Sour Chicken (w/out sauce)

Cut up broccoli and peppers into bite-sized pieces. Start sauteing the broccoli, then add in peppers and cook until almost done. Cook chicken in separate pan, then add it to the vegetable mixture once cooked. Add pineapple, onions, and sauce; cook until warmed through or until sauce reduces. Serve warm over rice.
