2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
0.4 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
4 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Sweet and sour cabbage wedges

Start by putting olive oil in a pan skillet can be used over medium heat. Then add the cabbage and cook it until it's golden brown. around 3 minutes per side. then add vinegar, sugar and 1.5 cups water. Bring to a simmer. Cook the cabbage until its tender. You can use a shopstick or fork to test. Cook about 12 to 15 minutes then serve with salt and pepper
