Crunchy mixed slaw, sweet and tangy, very low calorie

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Slaw

1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 cup carrots, grated
2 tbs onion, minced
2 tbs raisins
1/4 cup green peppers
2 tbs vinegar, cider
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard, dijon

Recipe Directions for Sweet Slaw

  1. Combine the last 3 ingredients in the bottom of a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Add the vegetables and raisins and toss well

  3. Chill for at least one hour to combine flavors
