Delicious salad that needs no dressing! I copied it from a salad I had at a restaurant once.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and savory salad

4 cups mixed greens
4 cups baby spinach
1 golden delicious apple, diced
2 cups grapes (red seedless), halved
1 cup dried cranberries
4 oz blue cheese, diced
1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of one lemon)

Recipe Directions for Sweet and savory salad

Dice the apple and mix with the lemon juice to prevent browning. Mix in the grapes, cranberries and blue cheese until cheese breaks up. Add the lettuce and spinach. Toss well. (The cheese and lemon juice make dressing so no need to add any!)
