Slow Cooked in a Crockpot these ribs will fall off the bone, serve with coleslaw and sweet corn on the cob for a great summer feast.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet and Saucy Ribs

32 oz Fresh Pork Ribs
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
12 oz Bar-B-Q Sauce
8 oz CherryPreserves
1Tbsp serving Dijon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Sweet and Saucy Ribs

Trim excess fat from 2 lbs. of Pork Ribs. Rub 1 tsp. pepper over ribs. Cut ribs into 2-rib portions and place in slow cooker. Combine 2 1/2 Cups Barbecue sauce (not mesquite flavor) 8 oz. of Cherry Jam or Preserves, 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard and 1/4 tsp. salt in a small bowl; pour over ribs. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until ribs are tender. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve ribs with sauce.
