A tasty, lighter version of fries, rich with olive oil, but light from oven baking.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet P'tater Fried

3 cup Sweetpotato
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Sweet P'tater Fried

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. Peel and fry-cut sweet potato. Toss with seasoning and salt. Toss with oil.

  3. Lay out across a foil lined roasting pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Toss fried to bake on other side for another 10 minutes.
