Recipe Ingredients for Sweet potatoes

22 oz sweet potatoes
1/2 cup SPLENDA Brown Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Sweet potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Place sweet potatoes into microwave for about 5 or 6 minutes. While doing that combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl and put aside. Take potatoes out and let them cool enough that you can handle to take the peel off with your hands without burning yourself.

  3. Cut into chunks and place in lightly buttered/spray casserole dish. Top with margarine and brown sugar mix.

  4. Put in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes
