Recipe Ingredients for Sweet potatoe crackers

1 medium (3") Apples
1 oz Shelled Raw Sunflower Seeds
4 tbsp Flaxseed
1 tbsp Hulled Hemp Seed
0.75 oz Craisins Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Sweet potatoe crackers

  1. Use pulp from juicing of a sweet potatoe, pear and grapefruit. Put in food processor with 1 small peeled apple and with seeds and cinnamon.

  2. Put on dehydrater and dry for 12 hours.
