An excellent, non-sweet, way to enjoy the fabulous, colorful sweet potato!

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Wedges

1 large Sweetpotato
1 1/5 grams Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 grams Jamaican Jerk
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Wedges

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into fry/wedge shapes.

  2. Toss in bowl with 1T olive oil

  3. Add salt, pepper, and spice. Toss.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes, or until cooked.
