Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Wedges

500 g sweet potato
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, cracked
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt, optional

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Wedges

  1. Peel and cut into wedges.

  2. Brush with oil and sprinkle with spices.

  3. Grill over medium heat, covered 25-30 minutes.

  4. Turn every 10 minutes.

  5. OR bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Turn once halfway through baking.

  7. Prep time: 5 minutes
