2 cup Sweetpotato
0.67 cup Pumpkin
4 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 serving 100% Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup Oat Flour
0.33 cup Oat Flour

Recipe Directions for Sweet potato & walnut Power muffins

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. distribute mixture evenly amongst 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
