Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato-Tofu Salad hash

1 1/5 T olive oil
1/4 red onion
1 yellow bell pepper
2 cherry tomatoes
204 g yam
6 oz firm tofu
1/4 c celery
1/4 c onion
5 cloves garlic
2 T Nayonaise
1 1/2 T dijon mustard
1 tsp coriander
1/3 c sugar snap peas
1 tsp cumin
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato-Tofu Salad hash

Add the onion, oil, and garlic to a large skillet first, and let cook for five minutes, or until soft. Add all the other stuff and let all the flavors get well-mixed. Sprinkle salt and pepper as desired and serve hot.
