Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato slices, broiled

1 large Sweet Potato
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato slices, broiled

Wash sweet potato and dry off. Cut off any bad places. Leaving peeling on, cut in half, quarter and then slices. Try to keep slices the same. Hard to do. Put slices on a cookie sheet and with 1 tablespoon of Olive oil, coat the slices and lay out flat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 400 degrees. Turn once. Careful not to burn any thin ones. Oh so good.
