Awesome spread! Great for pita bread and snacking! Each serving is about 1/2 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Red Pepper Spread (2)

2 1/2 cups Sweet Potatoes
1/4 cup tahini
3/4 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
1 tbls lemon juice
1 1/5 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Red Pepper Spread (2)

  1. Steam sweet potatoes, roast the red pepper, mince garlic, combine all ingredients in food processor. Enjoy!
