Sweet Potato Recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato

3 cups sweet potato, peeled and shredded
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 4 hours and rinsed
1 cup almonds, soaked in 1 cup water
1 cup flax seeds, soaked in 1 cup of water
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp rosemary, dried
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato

  1. Once once sunflower and almonds have bee soaked for 4 hours and rinsed. Shred sweet potato. In food processor or by hand.

  2. Using the S-blade, process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth adding water as necessary to help with blending. This can be done in bathes.

  3. S[read the mixture thinly on dehydrator nonstick sheet, suing a spatula or wet hands for easy spreading

  4. Dehydrate at 110 F or 10 to 12 hours until almost dry. Peal off nonstick sheets, score into desired shape and return to dehydrator with out nonstick sheets and dehydrate until crispy 2 - 4 more hours.
