Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato pudding

2 large sweet potato, baked
3 cups brown rice, steamed
1 tbl vanilla extract
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato pudding

  1. baked sweet potatoes until they are soft. Cook longer for sweetest flavor. Skin should peel right off.

  2. Set aside to cool, then peel skin off.

  3. Put cooked brown rice in food processor and puree, add sweet potatoes and spices. Mix again.

  4. Serve.
