Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Pancakes

2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
2.25 teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 cup, mashed Sweetpotato
1.75 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Pancakes

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients, then whisk together all liquids.

  2. Pour the liquids onto the dries, then whisk gently to combine.

  3. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle.
