Recipe Ingredients for Sweet potato hash

4 cup, cubes Yam
2 medium Squash, Zucchini, Baby
1 large Onions
3 medium Egg, Whole
5 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
6 serving Eggs 1 Poached

Recipe Directions for Sweet potato hash

shred squash, yams, and onion. 2 TBLSP coconut oil into heated pan (med to med-high heat). add shredded veggies and spices. stir occasionally until softened and slightly drier in texture. add 3 eggs and stir into veggies. serve topped with a poached egg.
