Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Fries

1/2 lb sweet potato
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.

  2. Cut potato into fry shape, lay on baking sheet.

  3. Pour oil, toss fries to coat.

  4. Dash salt, add chili powder, cumin, cajenne pepper, black pepper, etc. to dress them up if desired.

  5. Typically bakes for 25 - 28 mins, best if flipped over once mid-bake.
