Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Egg Pot

200 g sweet potato
1 egg
75 g peas
70 g seitan
2 scallions

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Egg Pot

  1. Cube the sweet potato and boil for 15 minutes

  2. In the last few minutes add the peas

  3. When sweet potato is almost cooked, remove and drain contents of pan

  4. Slice seitan very thinly and sautee in a sprayed pan for 5 minutes

  5. Add scallions (sliced thinly) and continue to sautee

  6. While cooking, crack egg into bowl and beat well, season

  7. Add the beaten egg to the pan and stir until cooked

  8. Serve!
