Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Dare 2

4.5 oz Sweetpotato
0.25 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
6 tbsp Whipped Topping Lite
1 packet NuStevia White Stevia Powder
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Naturally More Peanut Butter with flax

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Dare 2

  1. Please Note: Choose your ingredients carefully! It will greatly affect the flavor of this recipe. This especially applies to the Banana. The Banana should be very ripe with no green tint.

  2. Preheat convection oven to 450F.

  3. Heat a single Large Sweet Potato for approximately 37 minutes or until flesh is soft to the center. (You can cook more than one adding about 2 to 3 minutes for each potato of equal size. Sweet Potatoes may then be saved and reheated for later for making another batch.)

  4. Add Stevia, Ground Cinnamon, & Nutmeg

  5. Mash Sweet Potato, Stevia, & Spice mixture.

  6. Add 2 Tbs of Naturally More Peanut Butter with flax or Maranatha Dark Chocolate Almond Butter on top of hot Sweet Potato and heat in microwave oven about 30 addidtional seconds.

  7. DO NOT MIX any of the ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS! The flavors compliment each other if NOT MIXED!

  8. Cut Medium Banana into slices on top of the mixture. Then add FROZEN Lite Coolwhip Whipped Topping (Being FROZEN adds extra flavor to the blend.) Take your time adding a little of each ingredient to your spoon as you eat.

  9. You can't spread the Whipped Topping, but part of the fun is chasing down the Banana Slices and Frozen Whipped Cream to mix with the Sweet Potato and Naturally More Peanut Butter with flax or Maranatha Dark Chocolate Almond Butter

  10. You can be creative and add a few Roasted Peanuts, Dry Cereal, or Pretzels. But don't forget the calories they add.
