Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Cinnamon Fries

1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes
3/4 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Cinnamon Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Peel potatoes and cut into uniform sticks; put in a large bowl. Stir in oil to coat.

  4. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet; spray again with cooking spray.

  5. Bake for 10 min., then check. If browning unevenly, rearrange.

  6. Bake 10 more min.

  7. Turn and bake 5 min.

  8. Meanwhile stir sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over potatoes in last 5 min.
