Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Casserole

40 ounces Sweet Potatoes
8 ounces crushed pineapple
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup sliced dried apricots
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup pecan halves

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Casserole

Grease dish. Add Potatoes. Mix all other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes
