Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Cake

16 oz sweet potato
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Splenda for Baking
4 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/10 oz dream whip
1 oz vanilla pudding, sugar-free
1 tsp molasses
1 1/2 cup milk

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Cake

Line greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with waxed paper; grease the paper. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, sugars, eggs and oil until well blended. Combine the flour, baking powder,baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Carefully remove waxed paper.
