Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato & Cabbage Slaw

2 T canola oil
1 T lime juice
1 1/2 t sesame oil
1/2 t sea salt
3 c sweet potato, peeled and shredded
3 c red cabbage, thinly shredded
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1 t jalapeno, minced

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato & Cabbage Slaw

  1. Whisk together oil, lime juice, sesame oil, jalepeno and salt.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with dressing.
