Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Burritos

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 clove Garlic
1.5 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1.5 cup Black Beans
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 tbsp Chili Powder
10 g Cumin Powder
4 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
3 serving Soy Sauce
4 medium raw Sweet Potato
12 tortilla Burrito 10" Flour tortillas 14ct
8 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Burritos

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet, and saute onion and garlic until soft. Stir in beans and mash. Gradually stir in water, and heat until warm. Remover from heat, and stir in the chili powder, cumin, mustard and soy sauce.

  3. didved bean misture and masehed sweet potatoes evenly between the warm flour tortillas. Top with cheese. Fold up tortillas burrito style, and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven and serve.
