0.333 cup, mashed Sweetpotato
1 tortilla Life Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas
0.125 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 clove Garlic

  1. sautee garlic and onion

  2. add kidney beans and mash

  3. assemble bean mixture, sweet potato, and cheese in tortilla

  4. wrap tortilla and heat on grill, stove top until warm throughout
