Recipe Ingredients for sweet potato brunch

3 c. sweet potatoes
2 c. yam
4 T. safflower oil
1 c. onion
1/2 zuccini
1 red bell pepper
2 c. kale
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for sweet potato brunch

  1. cut up all vegetables

  2. saute potatoes in pan with oil until browned on one side

  3. add other vegetables and garlic
