Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato Brownie

1/4 cup coconut oil
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup Almond Flour
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
67 g Stevia Sweetener
1 whole egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup cooked sweet potato

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato Brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl combine cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, sea salt and sweetener. In a separate bowl combine coconut oil, honey, egg, vanilla extract and sweet potato. Combine wet and dry ingredients until well incorporated.

  2. Pour batter into an 88 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Makes 16 servings.
