Recipe Ingredients for sweet potato breakfast I

1/2 cup sweet potato
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Recipe Directions for sweet potato breakfast I

  1. start coffee (optional)

  2. soak paper towel or equivalent

  3. cut sweet potato in half or quarters (1/2 cup is an approximation

  4. wrap chosen half in soaked paper towel

  5. nuke for 2-2.5 minutes, or until soft. cooking times may vary depending on microwave, etc

  6. remove from microwave, unwrap (important step, and put in bowl

  7. mash, add other ingredients, and enjoy w/coffee
