Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili

1 large Sweetpotato
2 tbsp Olive Oil
0.66 cup, sliced Onions
4 clove Garlic
4 tsp Cumin
1.5 tbsp Chili Powder
1 serving No Salt 1/4 tsp.
2.25 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
15 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 fl oz Lime Juice
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili

  1. saute diced onion and sweet potato in oil

  2. add garlic and spices and 2.5 cups water and simmer 12-15 min until SP is tender

  3. add remaining ingredients and simmer together 15-30 min to desired texture
