Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato-Black Bean-Chicken Slaw

16 oz can black beans, drained
1 onion
16 oz chicken, cooked
1 sweet potato
4 oz cilantro
16 oz diced tomatoes
1 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 avocado

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato-Black Bean-Chicken Slaw

Dice onion and sweet potato. Add oil to large pan/pot on medium-high. Add oinion, minced garlic, and sweet potato. Cook until sweet potato is cooked through. Add diced tomatoes. Chop cilantro and dice avocado. Dice chicken. When everything else is cooked, remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients.
