This is a Stoup made from a mixture of split peas/lentils/wild rice and vegetables. With a sweet kick from apples and sweet potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Potato and Apple Harvest Soup

1 cup, cubes Yam
1 cup slices Apples
3 oz Split Peas
3 oz Lentils
0.25 cup Wild Rice
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tsp, ground Cardamom
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Organic Vegetable Broth

Recipe Directions for Sweet Potato and Apple Harvest Soup

Add split peas, lentils and rice to 4 cups of water, simmer for 1 hour. Chop fruits and vegetables and add to the pea mixture, add seasonings and broth and simmer for at least one additional hour. Enjoy.
