Rice and plenty of legumes and vegetables makes this dish filling, yummy, and healthy!

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Pilaf

4 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
1 cups canned beans (not baked beans)

Recipe Directions for Sweet Pilaf

  1. Add uncooked rice to large saucepan - add enough water to cook thoroughly.

  2. Add all other ingredients.

  3. Bring water to boil.

  4. Cover, reduce heat.

  5. Simmer Until rice is done.

  6. Fluff with fork.

  7. Eat, enjoy!
