serving size is 2 oz but it has so few calories, you can have more if you like (makes about 1 1/2 cups)

Recipe Ingredients for Sweet Onion Vinegrette (oil free)

6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup peeled cucumber, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 sweet onion, diced
8 date dates
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Sweet Onion Vinegrette (oil free)

This will make a raw dressing with a strong bite to it, but to make it much milder, saute the onion in a small amount of water or cooking wine until onions are almost clear, then add diced garlic and saute 1 more minute. Let onions and garlic cool. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Refrigerate for up to one week.
